Three kinds of work

Websites, apps, and computer work. If you're not sure which one you need, send a message and describe the problem in your own words — we'll see if we can help. If it's outside what we do, we'll tell you up front.

Websites

What it is
A website built from scratch, not a template. It loads fast, works on a phone, and the parts that change often are set up so you can edit them yourself.
Who it's for
Small businesses, nonprofits, and churches. Usually the site you have now is slow, costs more every month than it should, is a few years out of date, or nobody still working there knows how to edit it.
Things we've set up on past projects
  • A site that answers in under a tenth of a second.
  • Hosting that costs nothing per month.
  • A phone-friendly form so non-technical staff post updates themselves, with no developer needed.
  • Moving a site off WordPress without losing any content.
  • Finding a backdoor left behind on an old host, documenting it, and clearing it out.
  • A custom domain and business email, set up and working.
  • Share previews that look right when someone posts the link on Facebook.
What happens after you message
  1. You send a message.
  2. A short conversation, by call or visit, about the site you have now and what it actually has to do for you.
  3. You get a plan in plain language: what we'll build, what you'll be able to change yourself, and how long it takes.
  4. If it sounds right, we build it, and you see it working before it goes live.

Apps

What it is
Apps for iPhone and Android, and small custom tools for a job off-the-shelf software doesn't handle.
Who it's for
People with an idea they keep coming back to, and small operations doing something repetitive by hand that a small piece of software could just do.
What happens after you message
  1. You send a message.
  2. A conversation about what the app has to do.
  3. A plan for the first version, and what waits for later.
  4. We build it, and you try working versions along the way.
What we're building now
  • TeedOff In development

A golf app for iPhone: GPS caddie, score tracking, and game modes for playing with friends.

  • DiscOff In development

    A disc golf companion app.

  • Gleipnir In development

A desktop control room for running many AI coding agents in one window.

Computer Work

What it is
Everyday help with the computers you already have: setting up a new machine, moving your files over, backups, slow computers, Wi-Fi problems, and getting devices to work together.

If a problem is beyond us, we'll say so and, when we can, point you somewhere better.

Who it's for
Regular people and small offices around Northwest Indiana.
What happens after you message
  1. You send a message.
  2. Tell us what the computer is doing. You don't need the technical terms.
  3. Small things are often sorted in a single visit.
  4. If it is bigger than that, we tell you what it will take before we start. No work happens that you haven't agreed to.
